Pythons

Pythons make a great pet, they are pretty easy to care for and generally very good eaters. Most people find that Pythons are one of the easiest snakes to handle and youngsters can be trained from an early age. Regularly handling a juvenile will encourage it to be more comfortable around a human hand! Our collection is one of the most extensive across the whole of Australia. Of course, as with most snakes, anything that moves by quickly will risk being bitten... either in self defence, or as a mistaken meal! Beginners are best to handle pythons with care. Juveniles will strike readily but don't hurt. Remember do not handle your snake a day or two after feeding as it may cause regurgitation.
You must take care if a young python does bite onto your finger, not to pull away quickly as injury to the snake can occur.

Successfully hatched so far this year, one clutch of green tree pythons, six clutches of black headed pythons, one clutch of Albino North West Carpets, one clutch of black and gold jungles, one clutch of W.A Sand fire womas, two clutches of George Town Stimsons, one clutch of Sand fire Stimsons, two clutches of spotted pythons, one clutch of Speckled Browns, one clutch of Children's pythons, one clutch of Blonde Spotted pythons, one clutch of Tiger Spotted Pythons, one clutch of coastal carpets, one cutch of peppered carpets, one clutch of Gippsland Water Dragons and one clutch of spotted blacks!
